Q. I entered my information, but it says I'm not authorized. What do I do?

Hello! You may have entered your full username (including the @student.commnet.edu part) instead of ONLY your 8 digit ID. If you did, you'll get that message.

Try logging in again using ONLY your 8 digit ID and your regular password. If that still doesn't work, contact us at (203) 575-8244 or email after hours at library@nv.edu and we'll be happy to help you.
